Happy Furrever After for the ferals

We have taken in so many cats this year that have been stray and/or feral.

Many rescues won’t take ferals as they can be difficult to manage and, moving forward, difficult to rehome.

Here at RSPCA Milton Keynes and North Bucks Branch we love an underdog.

Our team of volunteer trappers pride themselves on helping cats and kittens most in need, and we welcome them with open arms - whether feral, stray, sick, injured or FIV - we will help them all.

A family group recently helped to safety were Freckles and her five kittens. Sadly they arrived too late to be tamed - volatile was an understatement!!

Thankfully we have placements lined up for the whole family! They will all receive a vet check, flea and worm treatment, microchip and, most importantly, be neutered so the breeding cycle is finally over.
